What is your return policy?
At Imago Dei, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items

Proof of Purchase
A receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return
Contact us at bowersc24@gmail.com to start the return process. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Ensure the item is in good condition (unworn, no holes, rips, tears, etc.) and securely packaged for return.
2. Ship the Item
Securely package the item and send it to the address provided during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Receive Confirmation
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.
